AAPPD et al v. State of Arizona

On June 1st we learned that the Arizona Supreme Court had refused to hear our challenge to the Appellate Court stay of our injunction. While disappointing, we were expecting this action in what has become a very politicized judicial process.

This next week will yield much. We will be returning to the Superior Court and Judge Heilman to press our case. Expect fireworks! We intend to stay the course and go to trial as soon as possible. We have also recently learned of other actions by DES/DDD that are contrary to what is intended by Medicaid law and regulations. We will keep you informed.
